Description
Make bite-sized chocolates or refined mini desserts with this silicone chocolate mould. The mould is easy to use: just fill with tempered chocolate or melted compound chocolate, let set, and release. The silicone cavities give a glossy finish to the chocolates. The mould may also be used to prepare mini pastries or other baked goods.
Freezer, refrigerator, oven, and microwave safe; not for use on direct heat sources. Heat resistant to 450°F/232C.

Melt (and temper) chocolate. Pour a part of the chocolate into the mould; allow the chocolate to flow into all cavities of the mould to avoid air bubbles. Fill the remainder of each cavity with chocolate. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set. Remove the chocolates from the mould (apply light pressure to each cavity of the mould).
